Valère’s days are filled with making investment decisions as a partner and accompanying and supporting Hi Inov’s portfolio companies. Whether making strategic decisions on the board or providing operational support, Valère is always on deck. He deals with legal issues, recruitment, development, investments and international expansion. Valère gets the full potential out of each entrepreneur and is their close confidant. He works closely with the rest of the investment team and is always available as a contact and sparring partner.

During his engineering studies and subsequent master’s degree at ESSEC Business School, Valère was able to gain technical, innovative (NovaSparks, Safran Electronics & Defense) and entrepreneurial experience through his Junior-Entreprise journey. At the same time, he also acquired highly specialised knowledge in deep tech and extensive knowledge of algorithms. After starting out with 2 years in venture capital, he joined Hi Inov as its first official employee in 2013. He has been a partner at Hi Inov since 2018.
