After more than 20 years as VP Sales in the technology and digital industries, Frank works with talented entrepreneurs to build and lead an efficient sales organisation capable of achieving long-term hyper-growth.
He values Hi Inov’s team with its diverse personalities, strong values and highly collaborative working style. He shares the company’s vision of thinking outside the box and its constant drive to deliver operational value to its portfolio companies.
Frank finds inspiration in working with ambitious entrepreneurs. He is a true ally for them and has a deep understanding of their business challenges and how to help them succeed. In project mode, he delivers operational advice on implementing sales fundamentals in terms of governance, structuring and execution.
Frank holds a degree in Artificial Intelligence from the Technical University of Compiègne (UTC). He began his career at Sun Microsystems as a Business Development Manager in the Service Provider and Internet Technology division.
He joined Dell in 2004 and successively held the positions of Director of Mid-Market Sales and then Director of Infrastructure and Cloud Solutions for France.
At the end of 2012, as VP Sales, he was involved in the creation and development of the start-up Numergy, a provider of infrastructure and Big Data cloud solutions.
In June 2016, he joined Assystem as Director of Development for the transport and energy transition markets.
Since September 2018, he has overseen sales efficiency at Hi Inov as Venture Operating Partner.

Outside of his professional activities, Frank has a passion for videoing his family travels (+60 countries visited). He enjoys all outdoor sports, be it running, snowboarding, golfing or mountain biking with his friends. He also enjoys fine arts, movies and good wine.
